Digital delivery

After successful payment, download access is provided through the website and/or the email address entered during checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address.

Refund policy for digital products

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable once download access has been provided. This does not limit any rights a customer may have under applicable law.

If you were charged more than once for the same order, received the wrong file, or cannot access a purchased file because of an error on our side, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

Download access

Download links may have a time limit and/or download-count limit for security. If a valid paid customer has a download-access problem, contact us with the order number and purchase email address.

Personal-use license

Unless a product states otherwise, purchases are licensed for personal or household use. Files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to public file-sharing services, or presented as the buyer’s own product.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. Payment methods shown to a customer can depend on country, card issuer, account status, currency and the payment provider’s eligibility checks.
